when u r discussing something with other , do u believe that there is another dimension –which u don't see-?o
do u put a probability that u r wrong & other right
do u smile if u recognize that u r wrong

most of people think the discussion is a war and there is must be winner & loser
they feel anger if they say Yes and other say No
or the reverse
..
if u see something like that .. be sure that u will
listen bad words..see strange behaviors.. and of course
u will never find neither solution nor agreement
so .. is this our religion ? is this what the prophet had learned us?...... of course NOT
if we read the Holy Qura'an & Al-Sonna carefully
we will see how the Islam value the discussion and put many decencies to make it high-class art

Respect other's opinion
so, what should u do if someone disagree ur opinion

first.. listen to him carefully without annoying…try to understand his ideas…take his opinion happily
then
if u agree
don't be shy to tell him that.. just say something like that
thank u .. I didn't think by this way.. i forget this point .. I was wrong…..etc
and if u don't agree
don't be anger .. it is nice to say
excuse me I don't understand ur opinion…I will research about this pint … listen to mine again .. lets counsel someone
else ….etc
