I really do not have a picture for an ideal teacher but for the students I hope teacher have what it takes to make the teaching process easier to understand, change the way of teaching when it needed, understand the behaviour of the students, do not insult or laugh or hate any students or even thinking of embarrass any students and the important things is to make sure that they flexible and able to adjust depending on the situation ,,,, create a good environment for teaching and know what and when adapting the material to make sure that it give the full meaning and along with it will be suitable + associated with the nature of the country

when I was a student I was talktive and now I really do know how the teacher at that time was feeling about it hehehe...I
I was really do not know and I do not know what to say because it depends on the environment and about the personality of the talktive ones...try to read their mind about what the best thing to say to them to make them stop talking but you know their will be talk but try to make it not interffer with you teaching and finishing the lesson...do yo do 5 mintues of break before you starting your class? I mean a break from talking about the lesson and try playing a simple fast game for them try also giving them some story that related to the subject when you are talking about the lesson it may help to reduce side talking between them

yes yes many times hahaha.....there was a time when I was in grade 7 and we were having 2 class of one of the activity it called tarbeya osareya there were students talking to me saying that no
one can dare to skip from her class so it was like a daring statement and then I said I will do it and let her do what ever she is gonna do..and I did hehehe....Also, in university I hate english class no point of attending it so there were many times I skipped and I was lucky that I did not get an F because she forget to keep in the record about our attendence I really do miss these times hohoho

hmmm...it is really difficult question for me because there are many things must be change which as a president I can ( because you can not change the people) you know when there are decision made based on yes or no saying that it is in the law book I will change that ,,, we must look at the situation which concern that person I,we, can not said yes or no based on the law book that will be unfair ..Also. I will write all the things that must be changed and put an obligation to do it even after I am not the president Ha ha >>>
