An Intruder!!!!!!!

there was an intruder
he's in my lounge
he cut the phone lines
can't talk loud
I wanted to scream for police
but I doubt
he's gonna hear me
when I shout

I hid in the closet
it was dark
I held my breath in
the sweating starts
I moved under the table
the dog barked
the thief heard 'em
and came down

he searched the lounge
but I wasn't there
he shouted my name
and I couldn't bear
how did he know
the name I dear

then I noticed
that he's gone
from behind he caught me
my life has been thrown
I'm really sorry
I haven't gone
earlier to bed
I didn't obey you, your son

I'm sorry daddy
I ask that you forgive

to have another day to live
to live to hear you
with the orders you give
to sleep early
