but u have to be carfull 2 use the right word u want
IF u like any songs that r in E.......then try to memories them and seng them all the time
time after time .....u will fiend ur self speaking faster than u did in the past
one more thing ..... try 2 Compare ur self with ur friends and ppl in ur age
so u can notice the change that is hapenning
