look, sometimes we need to cry to clear our souls from the sins
to feel with other people that can't smile or laugh
to learn the real happiness after crying

but we shouldn't stay the whole life crying, many things deserve to smile for, don't they ?!

Ok, smile is something important in Islam
Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him says
" تبسمك في وجه أخيك صدقة" صدق رسول الله عليه الصلاة و السلام ...

smile is very easy ... it take 17 muscles to smile and 43 muscles to frown ...
you see it is very very easy
