OK first of all, Gachapen is not a word, but Gachaban is.
Gachaban means ummm how do I put it in a nice way? Starts with B and means female dog? commonly used as a slang to insult a woman :x

And as for Pony Man it's a guy who got bitten on the back by a pony and says it's a horse to save his pride, and now he's totally afraid of horses and ponies :P OF COURSE there is another meaning to it ... Which is too dirty to explain :X
