we are trying to vote for one topic so that one of us can start talking about it and we can share him/her through participating

maybe we should put some main points.
and then we start to give our opinion about the points .

Ok so no one can handle that but you
coz after all it's your topic and you know exactly what you want us to talk about
and by the way , it needs less to run the discussion coz all what you have to do is to present your idea clearly and somehow formally in not more than 3 lines
So , It's not the big deal
Everyone can easily run the chat and it's for the sake of the new members like you and NOT for me
