تأكدي من ان المتطلبات هذه موجودة عندك عشان تقدري تشغليه :

* تأكدي ان الويندوز معمول له Update لآخر التحديثات

بالنسبة للفايرفوكس هو محدث لآخر إصدار ؟
* جربي حذفه وإعادة تثبيته
