A wise man once said: l
He who runs in front of car gets tired,l
but he who runs behind car gets exhausted!l

    He also said: l

Woman who puts laundry detergent on top shelf jumps for joy!!!l

Did anyone understand what I said above? l
Who is this man any way ?
I got feelings that it is you , because these sentences are not that wise.
And I think the best way to avoid getting tired or exhausted is to be inside the car.

About the third one , the first time I read it I couldn't understand it , but after reading your hints
    I understood the meaning . Joy is a name of a detergent . Am I right ?
If the detergent name was Tide or Bonex , the sentence would be much easier to understand.

    welcome ^^

yup, you got the third one right
the reason I didn't say Tide or anything else is because (joy) is much suitable with the context

as for the first two sentences
    you still didn't get

if you're in front of the car, you'll be ran over by its tires
and if you're behind it, you'll get what comes out of the car's exhaust
    meaning, you'll be exhausted

    nice to have you here
